· Property care and maintenance A property care and maintenance service is the ideal way of guaranteeing that your holiday home is cared for whilst you are elsewhere, giving you complete peace of mind. We provide a complete after care service for your new home in Turkey, from utility bills, payment of local taxes, cleaning and weekly airing as well as organizing short term rentals and holiday lets.
For £250 sterling per annum our service includes, weekly airings through the year, alert and payment of local utility bills, regular inspection for water and weather damage,1 cleaning session before your arrival.
· Property construction Bargain Holiday Homes is able to assist with, or even project-manage, your building and construction or renovation work to your home. Our services include building, swimming, pool construction, plastering, painting, plumbing, iron work, electrical work, etc.
· Build to order Bargain Holiday Homes can assist you with building your dream holiday home to your specifications.
· Viewing Trips Bargain holiday homes will provide you with one weeks accommodation, and return airport transfers, for two people at a fixed cost of £210. This will be refunded to you if you purchase a property with us!
· Insurance Bargain holiday homes can assist you with earthquake and contents insurance through a reliable established insurance company.
· Solicitor Once you've chosen your holiday home you wish to buy, we advise our customers to use a solicitor. A contract will be drawn with the property owner and yourself, with the aid of a legal translator.
· Private airport transfers Airport to door transfer service from Izmir, Bodrum and Dalaman. All you have to do is inform us of you flight itinerary at least one week before you arrive and we will pick you up from the airport.
Bodrum/Milas Airport: One to Four persons £40, additional people £9 each (Each way)
Izmir Airport: One to Four persons £60, additional people £15 each (Each way)
Dalaman Airport: One to Four persons £100, additional people £25 each (Each way)
· Furnishing – we can have a your property furnished within a day. On request we will help you find the furniture you require. You may benefit from our list of selected stores that offer discount to our clients. We can assist you to arrange a date for delivery, overcome language barriers and generally help you make your house your home. This can usually be delivered the same day or the following day.
· Cleaning services Avoid the hassle of having to clean your property on the first day back - opt for the home cleaning service.
· Welcome packages For those who arrive at those early hours in the morning. We can arrange a welcome packet. Containing all the basic essentials that you will need. For example Bread, cereals, sugar, tea, milk and /or cleaning products.
· Garden and pool cleaning services At your request we can have your garden and pool cleaned before you arrive for your holiday. Again we would like at least a weeks notice before you arrive. |
